49 day exercise



 Hello. we listened to a message from Bashar and wrote it all down. This feels like a wonderful opportunity for us to get in touch with all of the limiting thoughts and beliefs that are not in alignment with who we want to be, as well as getting to know our True Self beyond all of our limiting false beliefs. 

This is a 49 day get to know ME exercise!

We do this every single morning and before we go to bed starting Monday for the next 7 weeks.

Make this this new year's resolution. I love me so much I am choosing to do this because this, THIS is what is going to change my life and everything and everyone in it!


Monday is air.  - take one deep breath in before saying each statement.

these are done while looking at ourself in the mirror. Look right into our eyes when doing this, then take a deep breath and say the statement and repeat it 3 times. Then move on to the next statement.

1 deep breath in - I am a child of creation.

1 deep breath in - I Am unique.

1 deep breath in - I am worthy.


Tuesday is water. Take one sip of water before each statement. Then look into the mirror right into our eyes, take a sip, swallow, then say the statement and repeat it 3 times.

1 sip of water - I Am happy.

1 sip of water - I Am grateful.

1 sip of water - I Am refreshed.


Wednesday is food. One small bite, chew and swallow before each statement. These are done while looking in the mirror right into our eyes. Do this with something we really enjoy. Really relish it. Enjoy it. Then say the statement and repeat it 3 times.

1 bite of food - I Am abundant

1 bite of food - I Am nurtured.

1 bite of food - I Am fulfilled.


Thursday is love and encouragement. These are done with one hug with each statement before reading the statement. So hug ourself, feel the embrace while saying the statement 3 times while looking at ourself in the mirror.

1 hug - I Am supported.

1 hug - I Am guided.

1 hug - I Am loved.


Friday is freedom. 1 spin for each statement. Arms outstretched and 1 full revolution around. Spin around like a child with our arms outstretched and say the statement and repeat it 3 times.

1 spin with arms outstretched - I Am awake.

1 spin with arms outstretched - I Am powerful

1 spin with arms outstretched -  I Am free.


Saturday is passion.

1 - Find a favorite word (peace) look in the mirror and say it 3 times. 1 - Next is hear your favorite sound. (laughter) listen to it for 3 seconds.

1 - And then finally see our favorite image. (hugging/kissing) see it internally or externally for 3 seconds.


Sunday is dream and connect. Say each line with our eyes closed.

1 - I Am rested. Say this 3 times.

1 - i AM connected. Say this 3 times.

1 - my life is a dream come true. Say this 3 times.

*As we go through the list, down the list, with each statement every day, pay close attention to anything that we may say that suddenly brings up any kind of feeling within me. Pay attention to this feeling to see if the feeling is representative of either a positive or a negative definition within me we may not realize is there.

This can be read as affirmations. Affirmations are permission slips, but understand that if we are saying “I Am powerful” but deep down in our unconscious mind we don’t believe it; then saying it will actually feel odd to me if we are paying attention to our emotions, to our energy. And if it does, if there’s even a minor bit of resistance in there, that is telling me that there is something there that needs to be discovered. That needs to be explored. That needs to be identified and brought to the surface consciously so that we can let go of what doesn’t belong within us. What is not aligned with our true core being.

So this is not just a series of nice sayings or affirmations. It is a test of truth. Our own truth within ourself about how deeply we know each of these things to be true or not true about me.

They are all true, we just may have definitions and beliefs that in some way, shape or form, that are whispering in our ear saying, “I’m not sure if this is really true about me.” if this comes up, even a tiny bit, pay attention to it, work with it. Find that definition, identify it and when we do, let it go for it does not serve us.

Use this every day of the week for seven weeks, longer if we wish, shorter if we wish. It’s up to us to make the adjustments according to our imagination and attraction, but we strongly encourage us to do it for the 49 days.

This is the resolution, the challenge, the opportunity starting Monday 30 December 2024 to change who and what we think we are and see. It’s an opportunity to get to know the ME, beyond all the things I’ve learned and been taught.
