lets get naked!

Have you ever noticed we spend a lot of time hiding ourselves. We cover up. We are afraid to be naked. Exposed. Seen. 

We have this need for approval and acceptance because we don’t feel good about who we think we are. Alright, lets start with first we think we are this limited form. That’s aging. Constantly comparing itself to all these other beings. Getting wrinkles and flabby skin, losing it’s hair. We really believe we are this physical body rather than entertaining the thought that we are a spiritual being having this physical experience. .

We have this fear of not being liked or accepted. Which is really our fear of being humiliated. Yikes!

Essentially we are afraid to get naked and expose ourself. Why is it that we judge others who expose themselves? Are we jealous? Maybe it's because of how they look. Maybe it's because we want to do that but we tell ourself all sorts of reasons why we can't. Maybe we did once and someone said something and we took it personally and we allowed it to bother us. Seriously we all have the same parts. they just appear to come in different sizes, shapes, and colors but it's pretty much all the same. We say what looks good and what doesn't. Why? Who said? Why does what someone outside of us say matter?

occasionally we do bare ourself with someone we think is special. Ah, but do we really open up and share what's underneath the skin? Do we really allow them to see who we are behind all the things we use to cover ourself up?

Remember whatever the fear is, face it. Truly it’s just a thought. It’s just an idea. When we face it, it will disappear.

We all have stuff hidden, under our clothes, in our closets, in our minds that we do our best to keep hidden. Sometimes we show a little skin, give a little tease so to speak, because we are wanting to be seen. Maybe just for our figure, the physical body. We show a little skin to get attention. Then, sometimes we are annoyed that this is all others seem to see and want from us. We identify as a body, we exercise it, maintain it, dress it in a way to attract attention that we are bothered that this is all that others want from us. Our body. Perhaps it's because we think all we have to offer is our body. That there is nothing more to us than our physical body.

it's time to quit hiding. it's time to stop covering up. It's time to embrace who we are and this physical form we chose to have this physical experience in. it's time to let "them" see who we are. Or who we tell ourself we are.

Remember, you, the one reading this right now are whole, perfect and complete. God made us! God! we're amazing! We are so much more than this physical body we are moving around in. So much more!

There is a fear of getting naked. okay it's not being naked that we are really afraid of. it's more like being rejected, talked about, made fun of, or not being liked or accepted. yeah. this is what we fear. Some may call this being humiliated. Remember, the only thing that can affect us is our thoughts. not what others may say about us. It's only our thoughts that can hurt us.

Let's take a long slow inhale, well. Good. Now imagine us facing our fear of being naked, exposed, so we may transmute it. dissolve it. Let's free ourself.

Remember we are not this body, we are free, we are as God created us.

this body, the body, is just a neutral communication device that helps us remember our truth or we use it to cover it up. However my body appears... It is beautiful. It is stunning. This physical form that I am in right now is beautiful. feel this. feel the Divine, the Universe telling us, embracing us, reminding us of our beauty. the beauty that is on the interior. the beauty that is on the exterior. the beauty that is me.

say it with us, I AM BEAUTIFUL AS I AM! that's right. I AM BEAUTIFUL. I LOVE ME. I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD AND I"VE GOT IT GOING ON!

every moment we have a choice.
